Foong Foong
Well-established for 36 years and is still run by the Choong family, offering some of the best Hakka Yong Tau Foo. The owner, second-generation son Choong Yoon Seng, is proud that they are able to maintain the quality. The fish filling is hand-beaten and prepared by staff daily. The variety includes soft white beancurd, sui kow (dumpling), a variety of vegetables such as bittergourd and okra.
